Excellent company. Paul, Ashley and the entire team (sorry I don’t remember everyone’s name) were amazing . We had a pipe burst and they responded very quickly and just jumped in and took control. I was a total basket case of course but they were professional and so very supportive guiding me through the restoration process . Thank you so very much !!!

Tina and her team at National Fire were amazing. We had a major non attached garage fire and although I was demanding at times Tina remained calm and understanding helping us to understand the LONG process and accommodating us as best she could. HUGE shout out to Dwight on her team!! A great man.

National Fire and Water Repair did an outstanding job on our remodel of Col. Hillman Lodge. Their team was reliable, easy to work with, and clearly took pride in their work. With their attention to detail and real craftsmanship, they helped transform the space into something we can be proud of, and the difference is remarkable. We truly appreciate the effort and care they put into the project. We would highly recommend National Fire and Water Repair to anyone in need of excellent restoration and remodeling work. Their team was professional, dependable, and respectful throughout the process, and it was clear they genuinely cared about doing the job right. It means a great deal to us to see the Lodge refreshed with such skill and attention to detail.

We would like to thank Ashley and the staff from National Fire and Water Repair for their quick response and professionalism. Recently during the extremely cold weather we experienced, the furnace malfunctioned and water lines froze and burst in our home, while we were away. Upon discovering the problem, we called National Fire and Water Repair and Ashley arrived within an hour to assess the situation. She had a crew there shortly afterwords equipped with numerous commercial fans and dehumidifiers. They removed the damaged plaster and carpeting and cleaned up the area within a few hours. Due to their quick response, the damage to our home was minimized. We highly recommend this company and would certainly use them for any future needs.
